Cancellation Policy & Refunds
- Grand Jyothi Construction helps customers connect with construction service providers. We strive for transparent, reliable services by understanding customer needs and providing detailed assistance.
- If a customer cancels after making a booking payment, they must notify us in writing via email or registered post with acknowledgement mentioning the appropriate reason for the cancellation.
- For cancellations beyond 48 hours from booking, there is a 2% non-refundable fee. Additional charges may apply based on the project’s stage and completed work for later cancellations.

Preliminary stage (After Floor plans,3d plans finalized) | 3% ofproject value without any discounts applied |
Secondary stage (After finalization of construction dates) | 5% of project value without any discounts applied |
Post Project Commencement (After the construction work started) | 8% of project value without any discounts applied |
Note:
- If the expenses accrued by Grand Jyothi for the specified services surpass the amounts settled by the customer, the customer is obliged to compensate for the excess.
- This payment should be made either directly to Grand Jyothi Construction within 15 working days of receiving written notification from Grand Jyothi regarding the surplus expenses.”
- Once Grand Jyothi Construction and the customer agree on the final refund amount, Grand Jyothi Construction will process the refund, deducting as needed, and transfer it to the customer’s provided bank account within 30 business days.
