- Borewell charges extra.
- Excavation will be charged extra when encountered with water/loose soil/stone.
- Parking Area sump cover will be provided by company
- Water curing will be three times a day from contractor’s side. If the owner require continuous curing, then extra cost will be charged.
- Rainwater sump, Percolation pit and site cleaning will be charged extra.
- Light Fittings Landscaping, AC, Fridge, Fan, Geyser, TV, Shofa, Curtain, Bed, Washing machine, Dish washer, Micro oven, Water purifier ,Chimney Stove will be charged extra.
